Participate in a National Mental Health Literacy Study

Fri 1 Jun 2018

The Royal Flying Doctor Service in partnership with the Australian Catholic University (ACU), is conducting a study about Mental Health Literacy in Australia. Given 1 in 5 Australians experience mental health issues accross their lifespan, comparatively few Australians access the available services and treatments that could help them with their mental health recovery.

This research seeks to better understand; how much Australians know about mental health conditions, and; what needs to be done to improve services.

Completing this 20 minute survey will assist researchers to find out:

  • Whether additional mental health services are needed in some parts of Australia;
  • What kind of services are needed; and
  • Whether services should be targeted to specific groups of people.

The survey can be completed by anyone, regardless of where you live. Please complete the survey and share the survey with your family and friends so they can do it too.

Once you have completed the survey, you go in the draw to win one of 5 $100 Coles Myer Gift Cards!
