Finding yourself reaching for comfort food?

Food plays a vital role in maintaining our physical and mental health. Beyond Blue have put together some suggestions on the basics of eating well, emotional eating, and cooking as a form of meditation.

Many organisations have put together resources that make it easier to keep up healthy eating routines during COVID-19.

  • The Heart Foundation have put together some healthy tips
  • Developed a Heart Healthy Lunches booklet
  • Metro South Health have also put together a Food and healthy eating guide during COVID-19, including preparing to eat well, food for isolation and a few recipes to get you started. See here for more.
