Be Connected improving seniors' online confidence

18 June, 2020

Fewer than half of older Australians feel confident online and, even at the best of times, low digital literacy can isolate many from their community and family.

The physical distancing measures introduced to protect us all from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic mean that connecting online is now increasingly important for everyone, so we need to make sure older Australians are included.

Be Connected is an Australian government initiative committed to improving the online confidence, skills and safety of seniors.
