Principles for working with clients with mental illness and financial hardship

Mental Health Australia has endorsed a set of principles to guide professionals when working with people with both mental illness and financial difficulties.

The principles were developed by Mental Health First Aid in consultation with experts and have been released as three different guidelines. One for financial counsellors, one for mental health professionals and one for support people.
